Mission Statement: To create a Christ-centered ministry for jobseekers in transition in  Cobb County and surrounding areas with a commitment to serve all residents.

Mission Scripture: Matthew 6:33 "But seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well" NIV.

Mission Vision: To create a jobs ministry that will meet the goals of giving:

1. Spiritual nourishment 2. Tactical Job advice 3. Networking / Accountability focus 4. Mentoring through the use of career coaches (industry guides - mentors). 

Create a ministry to serve blue-collar and professional persons in transition. The emphasis is to get networkers to expand their network. The long-term goal is to increase the pool of people networking (Blue Collar & Professional).

Currently, The Latin American Association has COBB ESG and EFSG funding for rent assistance for COBB residents at risk of homelessness and for homeless prevention. Please send clients/families for pre-screenings to assess their eligibility and support them if eligible.
